Reservations received will be on a space available basis. Please note accommodation will not be arranged unless delegate is registered.

Prices are per person, including continental breakfast. Prices are valid at date of printing and subject to change without previous notice.

Important:
We strongly recommend to make your reservations in advance since there are major events taking place at the city simultaneously.

Payment Conditions:
50% deposit for reservation is required. Balance due 60 days prior to event.

Cancellations:
* Cancellation Policy for Category "A" Hotels:
No refunds, including no shows, will be issued after August 11th.

* Cancellation policy for Category "B" and "C" Hotels:
No refunds, including no shows, will be issued after September 15th.
